(You must use the format indicated here in the template spreadsheet. So, upon following this link, save the file under your name, e.g., BIOL471_Lukusa.xls, and use as both a template and an example.) BE SURE TO DELETE SPECIMENS RECORDS (ROWS) IN THIS TEMPLATE FILE THAT ARE NOT YOURS BEFORE MAPPING.

*Your files should be saved after each edit session on both the "Project" networked folder on all herbarium computers and via email to yourself. Do not lose track of which is the more current file version.

**Also, don't forget to stamp your specimens "Complete" at bottom of each herbarium sheet after entering and georeferencing.
