First Year Students

 

You should use this application process if you:

  • are applying directly from high school
  • have taken fewer than 12 transferable credits

Transfer Students

 

You should use this application process if you:

  • have completed at least 12 transferable credits at another college or university

Re-Entering Students

 

You should use this application process if you:

  • missed at least one major semester at the University. If you were granted an official leave of absence, you will need to re-apply once you have been absent for at least two major semesters.

2nd Bachelor's Degree

 

You should use this application process if you:

  • have already earned a bachelor's degree and wish to seek a second bachelor's degree

Transient Students

 

You should use this application process if you:

  • are currently enrolled as a degree seeking student at another college or university
  • want to attend classes at Millersville (fewer than 12 credits per semester)
  • are not considered degree-seeking at Millersville

International Students

 

Millersville University appreciates the cultural diversity and breadth of perspectives brought to us by students from other countries. More than 100 international students are currently enrolled.

Part-time Non-degree Students

 

You should use this application process if you:

  • are not planning to earn a degree
  • have not earned a 4-year degree
  • wish to enroll in fewer than 12 credits

Undergraduate Pennsylvania resident: $6,624*

Undergraduate out-of-state resident: $14,480*

Graduate Pennsylvania resident: $3,828.10*

Graduate out-of-state resident: $5,737.60*
