Okay, if you're panicking about panicking, don't panic. To talk about a different take on how much of a threat overreacting to a threat really is, we were joined by Henry Fischer. He's a sociologist who has studied behavioral responses to disasters for two decades. He is also the director of the Center for Disaster Research and Education at Millersville University, near Philadelphia, and he's the author of Response to Disaster.
