Survey analysis for Faculty and Staff, including "customer satisfaction surveys," departmental self-evaluation surveys, coaching evaluations, etc.
Consulting Services:
- Experimental design
- Survey/questionnaire design
- Data collection and conversion
- Statistical analysis of data using SAS
- Interpretation of results of statistical procedures
Consulting Services are extensive, but the actual experimental design, data collection, and data entry are the responsibility of the researcher.
IMPORTANT: If you are considering developing a survey or questionnaire, and have Information Technology analyze the results, email Barry Walton or call x5888 first. It is important that you consult with us to develop a survey instrument which is compatible with MU's statistical analysis tools.
