Changfu Chang received his Ph.D. from Purdue University in 2000 and is associate professor of communication at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Prior to his coming to the United States in 1995, he worked as a television journalist and a magazine writer in China. He has produced several major documentaries which were both aired in China and in the United States. He can be reached at changfu.chang@millersville.edu.

Ryan Diehl is a 2005 graduate of Millersville University. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication. Before coming to Millersville, Ryan attended Lafayette College, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Ryan has gained production experience from numerous projects, both at school and in the field. In 2004, Ryan worked with Dr. Chang on another documentary, "Embracing World Culture: The Legacy of Pearl S. Buck." On that project, Ryan worked as chief editor, a camera operator, and a production assistant. From 2001 to 2004, Ryan worked as a studio camera operator at WGAL, the local NBC affiliate. There, he honed his technical skills, while also learning how to tell a story visually and the basic nature of news. In 2002, Ryan interned at Aurora Films and Music, a local production facility. At Aurora, Ryan worked on many different projects, including medical videos about epidurals and heart surgery, an amateur racing documentary shown on SPEED, and a music video for a local band. He held various positions such as camera operator, electric, dolly grip, and production assistant. Ryan is currently interested in doing both production and post-production work. Rich Collins, 23,  is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania and a Graduate of Millersville University.  While attending MU he hosted several radio programs on WIXQ 91.7 fm and was a member of the national broadcasting society. Rich is an aspiring Filmmaker and Sports Broadcaster.  Rich served as the sound director and a production assistant for "The Willow Trees." Additionally, Rich worked with Dr. Chang in the production of the documentary on the legacy of Pearl S. Buck. He can be contacted at Ri_Collins@yahoo.com.

Lindsay Taylor, 23, was born and raised in Lancaster County. Lindsay attends Millersville University, and is working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Broadcasting. For a short time Lindsay was the Historian/PR Representative for the Student-run Theatre Organization on campus. She served as an assistant producer/director during the making of “The Willow Trees” from pre-production through post-production. Lindsay enjoys modeling and acting. She has done promotional work for Fashion Mystique Modeling, as well as being featured in two editions of its Beauty & You Magazine. In Staten Island she worked as a model, portraying “Elina” from the movie “Barbie Fairytopia” for GC Marketing Group Incorporation. Her acting experience ranges from theatrical plays at Millersville University to working with MTV, JPL Productions, and The Encore Theatre. She can be contacted at Mubaby4u@aol.com.
