Summer Workshops - Supply Requests Overview

We have updated our online supply request forms. Scroll down to place your supply request orders!

We have created "STANDARD" supply requests for many of our workshops based on historical usage.  The "STANDARDS" have been calculated to ensure that every workshop will have an adequate supply of materials (based on the historical usage maximums) and should not run out of any supplies. Each supply request also includes fields where additional (standard) supplies can be requested. SPECIAL REQUESTS SHOULD ONLY BE ORDERED VIA THE SPECIAL REQUEST FORM.

Also, we are utilizing a SHOPPING CART system so there is a CHECKOUT PROCEDURE for placing your order. The shopping cart system enables us to track your order, provide email verification of your order, and the ability to download the order into a database.

If there is not a standard supply request form listed for your EDW, there are blank request forms as well for equipment and supplies. If your request is a non-stocked item, please use the SPECIAL REQUEST FORM.
