Millersville University encourages students to maintain an interest in and devotion to their religious faith. Several religious organizations offer religious, social, and cultural programming.

Although not members of the University staff, Roman Catholic and Protestant ministers are employed by official religious organizations to serve the campus. Both Roman Catholics and Protestants conduct services on campus or near campus.
