Working
with UC&M
- Initiate
a Job: To
initiate a job through UC&M, please complete the
UC&M
Service Request Form. Your job will be assigned
to a graphic designer who will contact you to discuss the
project. At
this time, a point person from your department should be identified
who will be responsible for providing us the information and
photos we need to develop the site.
- Concept
Development: A fully designed home page is developed,
along with a template for the interior pages, and submitted
to your department for feedback and approval.
- Site
Development: Based on your department's feedback,
the home page is finalized and the interior pages are completely
developed.
- Review
Period: The
site is posted on our test server, giving key members of your
department the opportunity to review the pages for impact,
accuracy and functionality.
- Go
Live: After modifications and approvals, the site
is uploaded to the mustang server and the appropriate links
will be made. It is the responsibility of your department
to ensure web maintenance occurs as needed.
