What can you do to get access?

So you have found the item you would like to use... now what do you do?

  1. Check if you can use it under the guidelines of Fair Use. This is the simplist way of using material as a student.
  2. If Fair Use does not fit, then you need to get permission to use a copyrighted work. There are several websites that can provide you with assistance:

The Copyright Clearance Center

BMI
